1. Your password (ID) is made up of the first two letters of your last name and the last five digits of your Social Security Number. Example : If your name is John Public and your Social Security Number is 123-45-6789 your password would be PU56789.
2. If the email and password that you entered is valid, you will be able to access the class list application. Please note that if accurate information was not submitted to student records, the list of courses taught may be incomplete or may not be accessible by the web application. If this is the case, please contact your Director of Education. If your Director of Education is not available, please contact Eleanor Champagne at 312-935-6222.
3. When you have finished entering grades, be sure to completely exit your web browser by hitting the Logout button. If you fail to exit the application, other users can easily view or change grade information that you alone should access.
